Your session is set! Here's what to know/do:

1) In-Take Form (Required)

Please take a few minutes to complete your in-take form:

The form must be completed at least 24 hours before your session.
Incomplete or unsubmitted forms may require us to use session time to finish this together, or the session may need to be rescheduled.

2) Meeting Location

If you scheduled an online session, please use the following link to meet with me on GoBrunch: https://gobrunch.com/krlqev.
If you scheduled an in-person session, please message me scheduling@soulpture.co to coordinate location. If unconfirmed, location will default to online at my GoBrunch link above.

3) General Tips for a Supportive Session

To get the most out of our time together, please ensure you are/have:

completed your in-take 24 hours in advanced
on time
present and silence your mobile and/or other devices, as and where possible
comfortable and in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed or interrupted
prepared to interact and collaborate
honest and tell me if something does not resonate or if you are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
